Joint Force Spokesperson: We Prepared a Plan to End Al Fashir’s Siege

The official spokesman for the Joint Force of Armed Struggle Movements, Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, confirmed that military operations in Al Fashir are proceeding according to a carefully designed plan to lift the siege of the city. He added that the Sudanese people will see the results very soon.

Hussein told Sudanhorizon news website that the situation in Al Fashir was now under complete control, and that the military operations are being carried out by the Sudanese army and the Joint Force.

He pointed out that the Rapid Support Forces militia and their mercenaries have resorted to artillery fire from outside the city, targeting densely populated residential areas, as well as targeting the Naivasha and Abu Shouk IDPs camps, aimed at spreading frustration among the civilians.
