Zain Ranked First in Telecoms for “Best Employers” in the Region

Zain Group has topped the telecommunications sector across Middle Eastern markets, taking first place in Kuwait and ranking among the top three “Best Employers” in the region in Forbes’ 2025 World’s Best Employers list. The annual ranking features leading companies and institutions from sectors including energy and gas, transport and aviation, telecommunications, retail, and construction. It covers 900 selected global companies from more than 50 countries, based on a large-scale survey of over 300,000 employees. The evaluation applied rigorous criteria, including job satisfaction, opportunities for professional growth, and overall reputation, with greater weight given to current employees’ views.
