Sudan Condemns Terrorist Attack on Jordan’s Karak Church

The Government of Sudan on Saturday issued a statement in which it has “strongly condemned the treacherous terrorist attack that targeted a church in the Karak Governorate of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan”, which resulted in casualties and injuries.
Reaffirming its firm, principled stance against all forms of violence, terrorism, and criminal acts—regardless of the underlying motives—the government, in a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, expressed its absolute rejection of targeting places of worship and terrorizing peaceful worshipers.
The statement said the Government of Sudan expressed its full solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and extended its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, as well as to the government and the brotherly people of Jordan.
