Sudanese PM Debriefed on the Country’s Airports Conditions

The General Director of Sudan Airports, Engineer Sirul-khatim Babiker Al-Tayeb, stated that he has debriefed the Transitional Prime Minister, Dr. Kamil Idris, on the conditions of the country’s airport and the need to rehabilitate so that they could operate and compete at the regional level.
The Sudan News Agency reported that the Prime Minister has reviewed the overall conditions of the country’s airports during a meeting held on Friday, stressing that the airports are vital for linking the national economy.

Sources close to the matter told Sudanhorizon that the Prime Minister promised to provide the required support for Sudan’s airports in general, and Khartoum Airport in particular, as part of the emergency plans, he intends to implement in the upcoming phase.
