Sudan’s Youth Team Leaves for Ethiopia

The Sudanese National Team Under-17 leaves Port Sudan today, Monday heading for the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, for a preparatory camp before the kickoff of the East and Central Africa (CECAFA) qualifiers, the African Cup of Nations for juniors, hosted by Uganda.
The delegation is led by member of the Board of Directors of the Sudanese Football Association, member of the National Teams Committee, Abdul Rahim Osman (Al-Qirba), and the technical staff is led by Captain Moatasem Khalid, while the administrative framework is led by Kamal Nasser. The team brings together 34 players selected by the technical framework, which will also be joined later on by footballers playing in the foreign leagues.
The Sudanese embassy and the Sudanese community in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, as well as the Ethiopian Football Federation have completed all arrangements to receive the mission.
