Sudan FM: The Militia’s liquidation of Civilian Prisoners Leaves No Option but Naming It Terrorist Grouping

The Sudanese Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned the new terrorist crime perpetrated by the Rapid Support Militias, which shook the human conscience, by liquidating over 30 unarmed civilians in cold blood, Sunday, in a Salha area, south of the city of Omdurman.
The Foreign Ministry has drawn attention to the threat by the spokesman for the militia, who resides in a European capital, that more of such commit more similar crimes and target certain Sudan crimes would be committed by the militias, that all prisoners and abductees shall be killed and abductees.
It also pinpointed to the discourse issued by the militia in which it reflects the extent of its disregard for human values and does not leave a justification for not classifying the militia as a terrorist group and considering its regional sponsor as a state sponsor of terrorism and that they act in violation of international laws and norms, and the need to take measures to deter it from feeding conflicts and massacres in the region.
The Foreign Ministry pointed out that the crime confirms that the militia is criminal and terrorist in nature, and that the war it is waging on behalf of its regional sponsors is directed against the Sudanese people and their national state.
