National Teams Prepare for African Events

The national teams are preparing to participate in external events at all levels, as four Sudanese teams participate in them in light of the exceptional circumstances the country is going through and the burden of a war that has destroyed all sports infrastructure.
Falcons of Jediane: Double Preparation
The first national football team (Falcons of Jediane) continues its serious preparation for the next stage in preparation for the African Nations Championship held in Morocco next year, the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in Canada, America, and Mexico, and the technical staff has developed an ambitious and integrated program according to each stage.
It is working on implementing a special program for the two matches against Ghana in the CAN qualifiers, home and away, during the second third of next October. It may undergo a preparatory experience before facing the Ghanaian national team, and it will continue to include the World Cup qualifiers. Falcons of Jediane are camping in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in an ideal atmosphere among the team members.
The Olympic Team is Preparing for CECAFA
The Olympic team seeks to appear in the CECAFA Under-23 Championship in Zanzibar, and the technical staff is making efforts to reach readiness and achieve the best results in the CECAFA Championship. The team includes big stars with high capabilities and is expected to benefit from its current camp in Saudi Arabia, which will be positively reflected in the Olympic team’s performance in upcoming events.
Youth: Continuous Preparation
The national youth team has been in a state of continuous preparation and implemented a successful camp in Morocco, then the team joined a serious camp in Algeria, and the Sudanese youth have had several successful experiences that reflected the team’s readiness for the next stage, and the Sudanese youth have returned to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the youth are joining a preparatory camp, and are preparing to participate in the CECAFA Youth Championship held in Tanzania.
The team will join a closed camp in Libya, where it will play friendly matches against its Libyan counterpart.
Juniors Raise the Slogan of Victory
Our national youth team continued its serious preparation under the supervision of Captain Moatasem Khaled in Port Sudan, amid great interest from the Board of Directors of the General Federation and the Local Federation in Port Sudan, where the young Falcons of Jediane found sufficient care from the National Teams Support Committee and the Supreme Committee supervising its preparation. The youth team remained in a long camp, where the team has been in the camp since the holy month of Ramadan, and through it, the Sudanese youth played a large number of preparatory matches. The youth team is preparing to face the challenge of the Arab Championship and the East and Central Africa CECAFA Championship in the coming period. The team’s stars showed high capabilities, and everyone was optimistic that the current youth team would be a shift in the map of Sudanese football and be a real nucleus for the national teams and would move to Libya to hold a long preparatory camp and play friendly matches against its Libyan counterpart.
