Kuwait Emir Receives Written Message from Al-Burhan

President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan sent a written message to the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, concerning bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them across various fields.

Sudanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ambassador Mohieddin Salem delivered the message to Kuwait’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, during a meeting with him on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Sudanese Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, and a number of senior officials.

The move comes as part of official efforts by the two countries to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation, coinciding with a visit by a high-level Sudanese delegation to Kuwait to discuss political, economic, and banking issues.
