Prime Minister: SAF Will Liberate Every Inch of the Homeland

The Sudanese Prime Minister, Kamil Idris, attended the closing ceremony of the 72nd Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) Day celebrations in Khartoum , Saturday evening. The event was graced by the presence and address of the Chairman of the Sovereign Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, as well as Sovereign Council member Lieutenant General Yasser al-Atta, several other members of the Sovereign Council, and other officials.
In his address, the Prime Minister saluted the officers, non-commissioned officers, and privates of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) stationed on the front lines, defending the borders of this great nation. He praised the sacrifices made by the Armed Forces and their role in defending the sovereignty of the country and the Sudanese nation.
Kamil Idris emphasized that the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) maintain the initiative, commending the significant and continuous victories achieved in Kordofan region.
He stated, “The SAF will liberate every inch of this great homeland defiled by the terrorist rebel militia.” The Prime Minister affirmed that the closing ceremony of the celebrations was a historic event, imbued with profound and significant symbolism that reflects the greatness of this nation.
He stated, “Today, we stand in the presence of a nation whose will cannot be broken, a people whose pride and dignity cannot be violated, and an army whose dignity, pride, and capabilities cannot be diminished by anyone, whoever they may be.”
The Prime Minister commended the unity of the Sudanese people with their armed forces in an unprecedented historical epic, noting that the SAF are among the strongest armies in the world.
He saluted the valiant armed forces, the joint forces, the intelligence service, the police, and all those who contributed their thoughts, writings, words, or efforts to the immortal battle for dignity in which the Sudanese nation triumphed.
