Sudan’s Ambassador to Beijing Presents Diplomatic Mission Priorities to Community Leaders in Southern China

Sudan’s Ambassador to Beijing, Omar Issa, accompanied by the Consul General in Guangzhou, Othman Arabi, presented a comprehensive overview of the diplomatic mission’s work plan for the coming period to prominent members of the Sudanese community residing in the southern Chinese cities of Guangzhou and Foshan on Tuesday.
Sudan Radio’s correspondent in China, Osama Mukhtar, reported that Ambassador Issa outlined the key features of the future vision aimed at developing and elevating Sudanese-Chinese relations to broader levels. He explained that the next phase will focus on implementing ambitious strategic projects, particularly in the mining and agriculture sectors, which are considered essential priorities for cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting, which took place in a friendly and warm ambiance, according to Mukhtar, witnessed positive interaction from the attendees. Members of the community raised a number of questions and inquiries, which the ambassador answered in detail. He emphasized the embassy’s commitment to serving citizens and strengthening communication channels with them, and reassured everyone regarding the well-considered steps being taken to achieve national interests.
The members of the Sudanese community there expressed their appreciation for this initiative, which they said reflected the embassy and consulate’s attention for the community’s concern. They wished the ambassador success in his duties and Sudan security, stability, and prosperity.
