Sudan Participates Remotely in Annual Meetings of Arab Financial Institutions in the UAE

Sudan is participating via video conference in the joint annual meetings of Arab financial institutions for 2026, currently being held in the United Arab Emirates and organized by the Arab Monetary Fund.

The Sudanese delegation is headed by Jibril Ibrahim, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, with the participation of Amina Mirghani, Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan; Makki Abdelrahim, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance; Ikhlas Mohamed Ali, Director General of External Financing; along with a number of technical staff from the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Sudan.
