Sudan’s Foreign Ministry Denies Secret Visit by Iranian Delegation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation categorically denied on Thursday reports circulating about a secret visit by an Iranian delegation to Sudan.

The Ministry affirmed that the claims made by a certain website regarding the visit or meetings with Sudanese officials are completely unfounded and baseless.

In its statement, the Ministry stressed that these rumors are being spread by known entities targeting Sudan and its institutions by disseminating misleading information to distort its positions and harm its regional and international relations.

The Ministry reiterated that all Sudanese diplomatic efforts are conducted with complete transparency in a manner that serves national interests, urging media outlets to exercise accuracy and avoid being misled by unreliable news
