Sudanese Army Controls GIAD Industrial City

The Sudanese Armed Forces on Tuesday took control of GIAD industrial city, south of the national capital, Khartoum.

Sudan is participating in the conference of the 13th Conference of Ministers of Culture in the Islamic World, set to take place on Wednesday, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which will continue for two days. The conference is expected to discuss issues related to the impact of culture on economic and social developments.
The Sudanese delegation is led by the Minister of Culture and Information, Khalid Al-Aiser, accompanied by the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Culture and Information, Ms. Sumaya Al-Hadi.
The meetings will discuss ISESCO’s reports on its achievements in the cultural domains and listen to the report of the Islamic Heritage Committee, in addition to the report of the Advisory Council for Cultural Development and a number of other documents
