Al-Burhan Discusses Strengthening Relations and Regional Issues with the Emir of Qatar

The Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council discussed with the Emir of Qatar the ongoing bilateral relation between the two countries as well as regional and international issues.

This came during a phone call made by the Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, with the Emir of the State of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The Qatari Emiri Diwan said that Tamim received a phone call on Saturday from his brother, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the sisterly Republic of Sudan.

He continued: “During the call, bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them, and the most prominent regional and international developments of common interest were discussed.”
