PM Office: 500 Visas Granted to Sudanese Students for Egypt

The office of Prime Minister, Dr Kamil Idris, has announced that the Prime Minister’s efforts have resulted in granting 500 visas by the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt for Sudanese students accepted this year to Egyptian universities, the Sudan News Agency reported on Friday .

The agency said the office praised the role and efforts of the Egyptian leadership in facilitating the study procedures for Sudanese students and its commitment to continuing to support Sudanese students in completing their studies at Egyptian higher education institutions.

The Sudanese Prime Minister paid visit to Cairo in early August, where he met with his Egyptian counterpart and discussed several issues related to facilitating movement between the two countries, particularly for Sudanese students wishing to pursue their university education in Egypt.
