Al-Hilal Team in Tunisia for Training Camp

The Sudanese Al-Hilal Club team arrived on Monday morning in the Tunisian capital for holding a short training camp in preparations for African competitions where it faces Al-Ahly of Egypt in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the African Champions League, scheduled April the 1st 2025.

The squad management chose the “Al-Muradi Gammarth” hotel, where the Blues had previously stayed, to be the venue for the camp, which is expected to last for 15 days before traveling to Cairo.

It is also expected that Al-Hilal will play a number of friendly matches with the leading teams in Tunisia during its stay in Tunisia.

The Coach of the team, Congolese national, Abeji Florent, is expected to join the squad within hours, coming from France, where he traveled on permission from the Football Department to visit his family. Ten of the team members who were selected in the main list of the first football team will also be absent from the camp.
