Al-Hilal Hosts Congolese Mazembe in Nouakchott

Al-Hilal of Sudan hosts Congolese Mazembe in its virtual stadium (Sheikha Bedia) in Nouakchott this Sunday evening, within the second round of the African Champions League, the groups stage.
Al-Hilal enters today’s match with a full squad, having secured (3) points after defeating Tanzanian youth in Dar es Salaam.
The team’s technical director described the match as difficult as it is going to be against a strong and experienced squad. The Congolese team has only one point after drawing with Mouloudia of Algeria.
Mazembe club had submitted a request to the Competitions Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to postpone the match for (24) hours due to difficulties in the flight that accompanied its travel from Kinshasa to Mauritania.
According to the schedule published on the official CAF website, the match will be held on time at seven o’clock on Sunday evening, Mauritanian time, nine o’clock, Sudan local time.
Mouloudia of Algiers temporarily leads the first group, having defeated Al-Shabab of Tanzania by two goals to none yesterday evening in Algeria with, (4) points, while Al-Shabab is at the bottom of the group with zero points.
