SAF Repels Attack in South Blue Nile, Inflicting Heavy Losses on the Aggressors

The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) 4th Infantry Division Command announced on Sunday that it had repelled an attack targeting the Al-Kili area in southern Blue Nile State, as part of its mission to secure the region and protect the civilians.
In a statement, the division reported that its forces engaged in a decisive battle, demonstrating the highest levels of readiness and field valor.
The military operation resulted in the destruction of four Land Cruiser combat vehicles equipped with heavy weaponary, including two DShK machine guns and two 23mm artilary. 94 elements of the attacking militia were killed, and several others were captured.
The division command affirmed that this victory reflects the high competence of the armed forces and their ability to repel threats and secure their areas of responsibility, emphasizing that the Blue Nile region will remain impervious to any attempts to undermine its security and stability. The command also renewed its commitment to proceed with the complete cleansing of the region from the scourge of rebellion, calling on people to unite, remain vigilant, and not pay attention to malicious rumors
