Jaber Receives Musa Hilal, Emphasizes Sudanese National Unity

Lieutenant General Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim, Assistant Commander-in-Chief and member of the Transitional Sovereign Council, received Sheikh Musa Hilal Abdullah, head of the Revolutionary Awakening Council, at his office in Khartoum.
The meeting addressed the evolving situation in the country and the current challenges, as well as military arrangements. It also discussed the importance of field coordination to bolster national efforts in confronting the rebellion and continuing operations aimed at purging the country of its defilement.
The Sovereign Council member affirmed that the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) are steadfastly committed to fulfilling their national duty to end the rebellion and establish security and stability throughout the country.
He noted that the current phase requires internal unity and a strengthened spirit of national responsibility. He commended Sheikh Musa Hilal’s role and contributions in supporting efforts to preserve the country’s unity and sovereignty.
In this regard, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Jaber, as member of the Sovereign Council, offered his condolences for the martyrs of Mustariha area in North Darfur State, expressing his deepest sympathies with the families of the martyrs and wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded and the safe return of the missing.
For his part, Sheikh Musa Hilal, head of the Revolutionary Awakening Council, reiterated the readiness of the Sudanese Revolutionary Awakening Council forces to operate under the command of the SAF and participate in the ongoing military operations on various fronts in support of the battle for dignity, until the entire homeland is liberated.
