Gen. Jaber and PM Agree on Integrated Supportive Roles to Address Country’s Challenges

Lieutenant General Engineer Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim, member of the Transitional Sovereign Council and Assistant Commander-in-Chief, met with Prime Minister Kamil Idris in Khartoum on Thursday.
The meeting addressed the evolving situation in the country and the need for integrating official roles to find appropriate solutions and overcome challenges and create an environment conducive to the return of citizens.
For his part, the Prime Minister commended the significant and positive role of the High Committee for Preparing the Environment for Return to Khartoum State, and its efforts in restoring normalcy, providing services, and establishing security in the capital, Khartoum.
The Prime Minister also affirmed the executive’s commitment to continuing supporting the efforts to provide services, reform the electricity sector, and maintain the security.
The PM,Kamil Idris, has called on Sudanese people, both inside and outside the country, to continue their voluntary return to the capital and other safe states, given the ongoing improvement in the security and humanitarian situation.
