Sudanese FM Holds Bilateral Talks With Algerian Counterpart

Foreign Minister and Minister of International Cooperation Mohieddin Salem held a telephone call on Sunday with his Algerian counterpart, Ahmed Attaf.
According to the Sudan News Agency, the two ministers exchanged views on the distinguished bilateral relations and ways to enhance them, in addition to coordination in international and regional forums.
Minister Mohieddin Salem expressed his gratitude to Algeria for its continued support for Sudan in international platforms, especially the UN Security Council, the African Union, and the Arab League, and for backing Sudan’s positions in confronting the aggression of the foreign-supported Rapid Support Forces (RSF) rebellion.
It is noteworthy that Algeria holds a seat on the UN Security Council, and its representative has shown strong support for Sudan’s positions.
