Sudan Participates in Workshop on Transnational Security Threats

Sudan participated with a high-level delegation in the regional dialogue workshop on transnational security threats within the IGAD region, held in Nairobi, Kenya, from June 22 to 24, 2026. The Sudanese delegation included representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Public Prosecution, and the Ministry of the Interior.
The delegation presented Sudan’s vision and general policies for addressing transnational security threats.
According to a statement issued by IGAD, Sudan’s high-level participation was highly appreciated by the participating delegations.
