Chief Prosecutor Assassinated By An Armed Group

The Sudanese Public Prosecution on Saturday evening announced that an armed group has assassinated the Chief Prosecutor of North Kordofan State, Al-Tijani Adam Sabei.
The statement said that gunmen stormed the prosecutor’s home, shot him dead on the spot, and fled the scene immediatly.
The Public Prosecution mourned the deceased and said in a statement that Al-Tijani Adam Sabei “was assassinated by treacherous and cowardly hands after a career full of devotion to his work. He was an example of integrity and dedication, and contributed to establishing the values of justice and the preservation of rights.”
