Transitional PM: Let National Press Be a Bridge for Unity

Transitional Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris called on “writers, media professionals, and opinion makers of all specialties and intellectual persuasions” to “make all national writers bridges leading to unity, not tools that divide and disperse.”

In a statement to the Sudan News Agency, the Prime Minister said that Sudan “is passing through an extremely delicate and sensitive turning point, and the nation, at this pivotal moment in its history, is in dire need of honest, responsible speech that can raise awareness, extinguish the flames of discord, and elevate national cohesion.”

He added, “National responsibility is collective, and each of us is entrusted with fulfilling our role from our position, and God is the Grantor of success.”
