Sudan Liberation Forces Alliance Opposes Chaos and Urges Support for the Army

Port Sudan – Sudanhorizon
The Sudan Liberation Forces Alliance warned of the repercussions of the Rapid Support Militia’s call for a new political charter and constitution. It said that such steps aim to tear the country apart and spread terrorism and chaos.
The deputy head of the alliance, Salah Hamid Al-Wali, called on the political forces, in a statement seen by the Sudanhorizon news website, to strengthen the cohesion of the internal front and invest it politically and diplomatically to support the armed forces in achieving victory and imposing order and peace with the power of the state and the will of the people.
Al-Wali stressed that there is a close connection between the Nairobi meetings on the parallel government and Abdullah Hamdok’s recent speech, considering their renewed attempts to pressure legitimate national sovereignty to impose a negotiating reality that paves the way for a political settlement that brings in allies from abroad, who played a role in the destruction that befell Sudan’s cities and towns, in addition to committing violations and war crimes against the Sudanese people.
He added that these attempts lack any political, social, or moral basis within Sudan, which is what made the Security Council reject the efforts to form a parallel government.
