SAF Shoots Down Second Drone Today in North Kordofan

The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) announced that the air defenses successfully shot down a hostile FH-95 drone this morning (Thursday) northeast of the “Al-Kukaiti” area in North Kordofan State.
The official Facebook account of the Sudanese Armed Forces spokesperson had previously announced on Sunday that air defenses had successfully shot down a drone of the same model in the same area.
For the past week, battles have been raging in the northwestern region of North Kordofan State between the Sudanese Armed Forces—along with supporting units advancing to liberate several areas—and the rebellious Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, which is retreating toward the borders of Darfur.
