In Show of Solidarity, Burhan Joins World Leaders in Doha to Honour Late Qatari Emir

The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, traveled today to the Qatari capital, Doha, to offer condolences on the death of the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir of Qatar.
The visit reflects Sudan’s solidarity with Qatar and reaffirms the deep fraternal ties between the two countries.
