Inauguration of Passport and Civil Documents Factory in Wad Madani

The Governor of Al Jazirah State, Al-Tahir Ibrahim Al-Khair, along with Police General (Legal) Amir Abdel Moneim Fadl, Director General of the Police Forces, inaugurated this morning in the city of Wad Madani the Passport and Civil Documents Factory (Identity Documents Diagnostic Center).
The governor praised the police’s efforts in “reducing administrative burdens” on citizens, commending the role of the state police in achieving security and stability, providing services, securing examinations and the agricultural season, as well as their initiative to transport Sudanese certificate students.
For his part, the Director General of the Police Forces announced the mobilization of all service and security capabilities of the police to serve the citizens of Al Jazirah, affirming that the state government’s contribution to police projects serves as a motivation to provide more services.
He also revealed the police leadership’s strategy (Passports and Civil Registry) aimed at reducing administrative burdens and providing service centers in densely populated areas.
In the same context, Police General (Legal) Othman Mohammed Al-Hassan Dinkawi, Head of the Passports and Civil Registry Authority, confirmed that the Madani passport factory is among the most advanced facilities dedicated to issuing identity documents, due to its high-level technology and compliance with international standards.
He praised the efforts of the state police and the passports administration, which continued to provide services and issue passports throughout the war period in the city of Al-Managil.
Meanwhile, Major General Abdelilah Ali Ahmed, Director of State Police, attributed the stability of the security situation to coordination, integration, information sharing, and teamwork among members of the State Security Committee.
He also announced ongoing efforts to complete the state’s “control room,” promising further positive developments and services for the people of Al Jazirah State.
