Army Repels Militia Attack in Dilling, Liberates “Al-Takama”

The army spokesperson announced on Monday that the armed forces, along with supporting units, successfully repelled a militia attack on Dilling earlier in the day.

In a statement, the spokesperson said the confrontation ended with the militia being driven back after suffering heavy losses in personnel and equipment. Its combat capabilities were significantly damaged, forcing it to retreat.

According to the statement, the forces also managed to liberate the Al-Takama area after intense fighting, inflicting substantial losses on the militia in both lives and matériel, which forced its remaining elements to flee, leaving behind vehicles and equipment.

The spokesperson affirmed that the war will continue until the militia is completely defeated and security and stability are restored across the country.
