The Fall of El-Fashir: Zero Hour Announcement for the Invasion of Sudan and the Start of the New Colonial Project
By Bahr Idris Abu Qurda
What is happening now in the city of El-Fashir, and what is being planned in closed rooms from Nairobi to Juba to Abu Dhabi and Tel Aviv, is not just an internal conflict or a war of militia power-play…
It is a far more dangerous, organised regional invasion project that threatens Sudan’s existence as a state, targeting the uprooting of its sovereignty and its actual occupation, using local instruments and coordinated international plans.
El-Fashir is not just a city… it is the last stronghold of national sovereignty.
It is now more than simply the capital of Darfur. It is the key geographical, military and political knot that prevents the complete collapse of the state’s western front.
Control of it means the opening of a wide gateway toward North Kordofan, then White Nile, then Gedaref, then the entire Northern Hilāl region.
Therefore, the current battle on its outskirts is not a limited tactical fight—it is a battle for existence, a strategic turning point; if it falls, Sudan falls piece by piece.
Regional Conspiracy… The Government of South Sudan at the Forefront
For those who doubt the extent of regional involvement in the war on Sudan, the facts on the ground alone suffice to dispel any illusions.
The state of South Sudan, which separated in 2011, has become a logistic base and primary transit corridor for the project supporting the RSF militia.
In recent weeks Juba has provided safe passages, secret air-strips, even official airports for Ugandan forces who have entered the war not just to support the RSF, but to prepare for the phase after the fall of El-Fashir.
Is there anything clearer than this? That the territory of a neighbouring state becomes a supply and operations platform for a direct aggression on the mother state? That alone suffices to describe the act as criminal warfare, and the government of South Sudan as a direct partner in planning, supply and the coming aggression.
Uganda… The Sword of the New Colonial Project
On April 2, Ugandan warplanes were observed entering “Paloch” airport in Upper Nile, very near Sudan’s White Nile state.
The air formation included an Antonov transport plane and four jet fighters.
This Ugandan air initiative cannot be understood except as direct preparation for armed intervention in Darfur, after El-Fashir falls.
But Uganda does not act in a vacuum… it is the execution arm within a broader regional project driven by the UAE, with Israeli intelligence/logistic support, and the explicit complicity of South Sudan, while Kenya hosts the alternative “government of occupation” ready to be declared once El-Fashir falls.
The Ugandan army commander previously declared, brazenly, “Uganda will reach Khartoum.” Who dares to say that openly? Only one with regional guarantees and a fully-integrated military axis prepared to subjugate Sudan.
Nairobi… Capital of the Upcoming Government of Occupation
According to reliable sources, Nairobi has been hosting preparations for weeks to declare the “new Sudan government”—a puppet government to be imposed by armed force after El-Fashir falls. Uganda will immediately recognise it and sign a joint defence agreement that legitimises military intervention and occupation.
Here we reach the core of the plan:
The fall of El-Fashir is not in itself the objective; it is the practical commencement of an occupation project under a false legitimacy.
The occupation will be dressed in an agreement with a manufactured government, claiming to represent Sudan while in fact functioning as the enabler of a new colonial phase of absolute dependency and political-military fragmentation.
The UAE and Israel: Who Finances and Who Plans?
Who pays the bills? Who arms them? Who draws up the plans?
The UAE is far from innocent; it is the primary financier of this project—providing money, weapons, and political cover in international forums.
Israel supervises the intelligence side and allocates roles within the so-called “Empty Crescent” project (Hilāl Empty Crescent) aimed at hollowing out Arab and African states and turning them into spheres of influence and intelligence bases.
No to Complacency… Yes to the Advance on El-Fashir
To treat the relief of El-Fashir lightly now is to relinquish Khartoum tomorrow.
Whoever thinks the fall of El-Fashir is isolated from Khartoum is mistaken.
Whoever does not understand that this city is the last line of defence for Sudan has abandoned the national responsibility.
We warn, with utmost severity and clarity, that delay, hesitation, or relying on soft settlements or the international community is slow self-destruction of the state.
What is required now: a full mobilisation — politically, in media, socially and militarily — behind the joint and regular forces in El-Fashir, and opening all lines of support and logistics.
Summary
El-Fashir is the last stronghold of defence.
South Sudan is militarily/logistically involved in supporting the RSF.
Uganda is ready for direct intervention once the “government of occupation” is declared.
The UAE, Israel and Kenya are part of a project to undermine the Sudanese state.
The battle is not just with a militia… but with a new regional colonial system.
Either we join this defence at El-Fashir… or Sudan ceases to meaningfully exist.
