Sudan’s Falcons Secure Official Qualification for CHAN Finals

Sudan’s national football team has officially qualified for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) finals, scheduled to take place in February across Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya. The qualification was confirmed after South Sudan lost 2–1 to Rwanda this evening (Saturday).

The Falcons of Jediane had already defeated Ethiopia in both legs of their qualifying matches last week in Benghazi, with an aggregate score of 4–1, earning a total of 6 points.
