Sudan Condemns Attacks by Iraqi Extremist Groups on Saudi Arabia

Khartoum – Sudanhorizon
The Sudanese government strongly condemned the attacks carried out by Iraqi extremist groups supporting Iran on Saudi Arabian territory.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation described the attacks as a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a direct threat to its security and stability.
The Ministry affirmed Sudan’s categorical rejection of any aggression that infringes upon the sovereignty of states or threatens their security and territorial integrity, stressing that such acts undermine regional peace and security, thus widening the circle of tension in the region and diminishing the chances of success for peace initiatives adopted by some countries in the region.
The government reiterated its full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures aimed at preserving its security, stability, and sovereignty, the statement stressed.
