SFA Sets New Regulations for Coach Registration
Khartoum – Sudanhorizon
The Coaches’ Committee of the Sudan Football Association (SFA) has issued an official circular to the secretaries of local football associations and Premier League clubs, outlining new regulations for the registration of coaches and the rules governing their presence in the technical area during matches.
The regulations permit holders of African coaching diplomas and licenses—specifically categories D, C, B, and A—to occupy the technical area. At the same time, the rules prohibit coaches from holding multiple contracts or working for more than one club simultaneously during the same sporting season.
Furthermore, the committee has mandated that local associations submit copies of each coach’s training certificates and qualifications, along with a copy of their club contract, to the SFA’s Coaches’ Committee within a period not exceeding one week.
