Senior National Team Arrives in Juba for its Clash with Ethiopia on Friday

The Sudanese senior national football team delegation arrived in Juba, the capital of South Sudan, this morning (Wednesday) from Saudi Arabia, following a brief training camp in the city of Taif.
The Sudanese team is scheduled to face its Ethiopian counterpart on Friday afternoon in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers, playing at its designated home venue in Juba.
Before departing Taif, the team held a light one-hour training session. The coaching staff focused on physical conditioning before conducting a half-pitch scrimmage, during which the head coach emphasized quick, one- or two-touch play and pressing the ball carrier.
Players from Al-Hilal, the duo from Al-Ahli Madani, and striker Mohamed Eisa are expected to join the delegation.
