Militia Sustains Major Defeat in Al Fashir

The rebel Rapid Support Militias (RSF) on Monday sustained a crushing defeat following a massive attack they led against Al Fashir, led by RSF’s Abderrahim Dagalo himself.
Field sources who spoke to Sudanhorizon reported that the attackers led by rebel leader Abderrahim Dagalo received a direct blow, where one of their main guards and another high-ranking officer whose identity is being verified, was killed but Dagalo managed to escape.
SAF, and the joint force and the mobilized persons have succeeded in inflicting significant casualties among the rebels, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries being counted.
The sources have confirmed that more than 200 of the wounded of the rebellion were evacuated from the battlefield, and a number of armored vehicles used for the first time in the battle were destroyed and another group was captured.
