Kabbashi Inspects Operations in Khartoum State

Lieutenant General Shams al-Din Kabbashi, a member of the Sovereignty Council and Deputy Commander-in-Chief, arrived at the Wadi Sidna military area as part of a tour that also included the Signal Corps and the General Command.
In a circular issued by the media of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, it was stated that the Assistant Commander-in-Chief and member of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Yasser Al-Atta, along with a number of division and unit commanders, welcomed Kabbashi at the Martyr Mukhtar Air Base. There, he received a comprehensive briefing on the progress of military operations in the Omdurman axis. He also assessed the readiness of the units, the high morale of the soldiers and mobilized forces, and their determination to clear the remaining militia pockets in the south and west of Omdurman.
Kabbashi congratulated the officers and soldiers on their victories on all fronts in the Battle of Dignity, emphasizing the necessity of working to decisively end the rebellion soon.
Lieutenant General Kabbashi visited the Signal Corps, where he praised the resilience, bravery, patience, and steadfastness of the officers and soldiers in preserving the sovereignty and dignity of the state, ensuring that the feet of mercenaries do not tread on these sacred lands. He commended the military arrangements of the Signal Corps, describing it as “the fortress that defeated the terrorist militia and paved the way to the General Command.”
The Deputy Commander-in-Chief, accompanied by the member of the Sovereignty Council, Assistant Commander-in-Chief, and Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Muhammad Osman Al-Hussein, reviewed the progress of operations at the General Command.
The Deputy Commander-in-Chief also paid tribute to the martyrs of the Presidential Guard and all the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the pure land of Sudan, pledging to liberate every inch of the nation’s soil, uphold its dignity, and protect its territories.
Kabbashi inspected the control and operations room at the General Command, which is working to reinforce the significant victories achieved by the armed forces and their supporting troops.
