Al-Burhan and Aides Inspect Forces at General Command & GIS Headquarters

The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, inspected the forces stationed at the General Command of the Armed Forces in Khartoum and at the headquarters of the General Intelligence Service at dawn on Sunday.
Al-Burhan was accompanied on the visit by the member of the Sovereignty Council, Assistant Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Yasser Al-Atta, Director of the Defense Industries System, Lieutenant General Mirghani Idris, and Director of the General Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, according to a circular published by the Transitional Sovereignty Council Media.
At the General Command, Al-Burhan and his companions were received by the Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Mohamed Osman Al-Hussein, and several military unit commanders.
Al-Burhan addressed those present inside the command, praising the steadfastness and sacrifices of the officers and soldiers stationed there. He saluted “the martyrs of the Battle of Dignity from the Armed Forces, the Joint Forces, other regular forces, and the mobilized, pointing to the sacrifices of the officers and soldiers who stood firm for 20 months inside the General Command while defending the pride and dignity of the Sudanese people.”
He added: “The recent victories achieved on various fronts would not have happened without the people rallying around their armed forces,” stressing that the battle is moving towards its end and that the rebellion will end.
Lieutenant General Al-Burhan said that the armed forces are in their best condition, and we will move forward with our people’s determination to eliminate the rebellion in all of Sudan. He also saluted the sacrifices and steadfastness of the officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the armed forces and the joint forces in the city of El Fasher, who taught the enemy lessons in bravery, courage, and steadfastness.
At the headquarters of the General Intelligence Service, the Chairman of the Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces saluted the steadfastness of the guards throughout the months of war, praising the sacrifices of all the forces that fought shoulder to shoulder with the Sudanese army on various fronts, noting the patience of the Sudanese people in the face of the harm of the militia and their standing by the armed forces and the forces supporting them.
Al-Burhan announced from the headquarters of the General Intelligence Service that there would be no negotiations with the militia and the war would not stop until they surrendered and were eliminated.
