The Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), led by Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, emphasized the importance of dialogue in resolving the country’s crisis within Sudan.
Speaking to the press in Port Sudan on Tuesday, the movement’s spokesperson, Mohammed Zakaria Farajallah, stated:
“The Justice and Equality Movement reaffirms the importance of a Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue, where all Sudanese, without exception, come together to agree on completing the democratic transition.”
He added, “The dialogue should take place within Sudan, with the role of the international and regional communities limited to facilitation and support.”
