High-Level Qatari Delegation to Arrive in Sudan Next Week

Informed sources in the Qatari capital, Doha, told the Sudanhorizon news website that a senior Qatari official will arrive in Sudan next week for a multi-day visit.

The sources added that Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad, Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will head the delegation visiting Sudan, which includes leaders from the Qatar Fund for Development, Qatar Charity, and the Qatar Red Crescent.

According to the sources, the delegation will hold discussions with officials from the Sovereignty Council and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Health regarding Qatar’s contributions to the reconstruction of health facilities.
