Finance Ministry Announces Completion of Linking the Ministry of Higher Education with “Esali” System

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning announced the completion of the network link between the Ministry of Higher Education and the collection and electronic payment system (Esali).

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for the Implementation of the Electronic Collection and Payment System, Abdullah Ibrahim, revealed in a press statement today, that the means of payment approved by the Central Bank of Sudan are available and employed for students of higher education and citizens to pay the value of government services related to the Ministry of Higher Education through the group of banks that signed an agreement with them. The Ministry of Finance, after fulfilling the necessary conditions for implementing the system.

Indicating that the electronic system allows the citizen to benefit from all electronic payment methods that operate under the umbrella of the mentioned banks to pay and collect government services and transaction fees electronically.

Through effective and safe mechanisms, which contributes to saving time, effort and money, and facilitating the payment of the value of financial transactions for government services to the citizen.
