Council of Ministers Approves Emergency State Budget for 2025

According to a statement from the Ministry of Finance, the Council of Ministers has approved the Emergency State Budget for the 2025 fiscal year.
Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Dr. Jibril Ibrahim presented the emergency budget during a Thursday cabinet session chaired by Acting Prime Minister Osman Hussein.
The emergency budget is expected to be submitted for final approval at a joint meeting of the Sovereign Council and the Council of Ministers.
