Boulos: We Agreed with Saudi Arabia to Intensify Bilateral Efforts to End Sudan Conflict

Massad Boulos, Senior Advisor to President Trump on Arab and African Affairs, has stated that during his visit to Saudi Arabia, he discussed “ways to enhance cooperation between the United States and Saudi Arabia to consolidate regional peace and stability.”
He added that one of the key priorities agreed upon was “intensifying joint efforts, both bilaterally and through the quadrilateral dialogue, to contribute to a peaceful end to the conflict in Sudan.”
In a tweet posted on Wednesday on his X account Boulos added that he agreed with the Saudi side “on practical steps toward a humanitarian truce, lasting stability, and expanding the reach of humanitarian aid to the Sudanese people.”
Boulos confirmed that he held very productive meetings with HRH Prince Khalid bin Salman Al Saud, Minister of Defense; Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs; His Excellency Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and National Security Advisor; and His Excellency Dr. Waleed Al-Khuraiji, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Boulos the Advisor for Political Affairs, Al-Farhan, where these meetings focused on bilateral relations between the two countries and support for peace initiatives.
