Bank of Khartoum Reaffirms Compliance with Central Bank Regulations, Vows Continued Excellence in Service

The Bank of Khartoum Group’s Board of Directors held an emergency meeting today (Wednesday) to discuss several key issues. The Board issued a statement, seen by the Sudanhorizon news website, stating that the bank’s Board of Directors “directed the continued provision of banking services to its customers, despite the current circumstances, with excellence and professionalism, as always.”
In today’s meeting, the Board of Directors, unanimously and with full membership, renewed its “pride and deep gratitude to all Bank of Khartoum employees, those unknown soldiers who, from the first day of the outbreak of this damned war, have confronted this grave national responsibility by continuing to provide the bank’s services without interruption. Bank of Khartoum remains the only banking institution that has maintained the continuity of banking services to all segments of society, through its branches operating across the country and its digital platform, “Your Bank,” which has become the financial lifeline for citizens and various institutions.
The Board of Directors of the Bank of Khartoum commended this achievement. And affirmed its full commitment to continuing to provide all services efficiently and with high quality through the loyal and courageous Sudanese youth working at Bank of Khartoum, while fully adhering to Sudanese laws, regulations, and banking directives under the direct supervision of the Central Bank of Sudan.”
After its statement, the Board of Directors affirmed that the Bank of Khartoum “will remain committed to being at the forefront of the national responsibilities with complete professionalism, as it has always done, meeting diverse needs, and striving to achieve “Our clients’ aspirations.”
