Al-Hilal Leaves for Burundi to Face Eagle Noirs in the CAF Champions League Preliminary Round

Al-Hilal’s German coach, Josef Zinnbauer, called up 25 players on Tuesday to accompany the team to Burundi for their first-leg match against Eagle Noirs in the preliminary round of the 2026/2027 CAF Champions League.

The Al-Hilal board appointed Rami Kamal, the Deputy Secretary General, to head the 41-member delegation.

The delegation will depart for the capital, Bujumbura, on Thursday, ahead of the match scheduled for Saturday, September 5th, at the Intwari Stadium, at 3:00 PM Sudan time.
