Al-Burhan to Sudanese People: With Your Backing Sudan Will be Cleared of All Aggressors

The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council, General Abd al-Fattah al-Burhan, has extended his sincere congratulations to the “unyielding Sudanese people and all Muslims on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, wishing that the next holiday returns to us with our country in complete safety and all its people and land hoisting the banners of victory.”
Burhan stated in his congratulatory message that “The sons and daughters of Sudan have set the finest examples of sacrifice, self-sacrifice, and solidarity, marching together in the path of dignity and honor in defense of the unity and security of the homeland.”
The Chairman of the Sovereign Council renewed his government determination, along with the Sudanese people, to move forward in liberating the entire country from the filth of rebellion, saying: “With you and we together, we will all proceed until we cleanse our country of every aggressor. History making began with you, for you are the makers of glory and you are its champions, and greetings to those who offered their souls in sacrifice for this homeland. And greetings to you all as a proud and united people raising high the banners of pride and dignity: one people, one army, one homeland.”
