Agar Receives a Delegation from the Blue Nile Tribal Chiefs

Deputy Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar, received a delegation of tribal chiefs of the Blue Nile Region, led by Chief Al-Fateh Youssef Adlan, in his office in Port Sudan on Tuesday.
Chief Al-Fateh Youssef Adlan stated in a press briefing that the meeting aimed to affirm the support of all components of the Blue Nile, led by the chiefs, for the armed forces under the command of General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan and all military units fighting under the banner of the armed forces in the “Dignity Battle,” embodying the slogan “One Army, One People.”
Chief Al-Fateh expressed gratitude to the Blue Nile people and the Sovereignty Council’s Chairman for his trust in Deputy Malik Agar to help lead the country during this critical historical period. He emphasized that the Blue Nile stands alongside all Sudanese citizens in facing this blatant aggression against the Sudanese state and its institutions. He also declared the readiness of the people of the Blue Nile to deploy more mobilized battalions and popular resistance committees to defeat the rebellious militia and restore security and stability across all regions of Sudan.
