Sudan’s Ambassador to Angola: Africans Beware of Militias Imminent Threat to Your Communities
Luanda –Sudanhorizon
Sudan’s Ambassador to Angola, Abdul Raouf Amer, has presented a detailed explanation on Tuesday about the developments in the country, outlining the grave violations committed by the militias and their destruction of infrastructure in the Sudanese areas they attacked, including Khartoum, Al-Gezira, Sennar, Blue Nile, White Nile, Kordofan, and Darfur.
He described the massacres, violations, displacement, looting, and use of siege and starvation as weapons of war against unarmed civilians, particularly in El Fasher, in addition to the ethnic cleansing they carried out against the citizens of Darfur.
In an interview with the Angolan News Agency, the Ambassador called on African countries and peoples to beware about the threat posed by the Rapid Support Forces militias to their societies, given their conduct, which violates international humanitarian laws and norms against communities that reject their behavior, thus threatening security and social peace across the African continent.
He also called for the Rapid Support Forces militia to be classified as a terrorist organization and for the UAE and other countries that support this militia with weapons and mercenaries to be denounced.
