Agreement to Open a Customs Window at the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum

The Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and the Sudan Customs Authority have agreed to establish a customs window at the ministry to streamline customs operations for petroleum products.
This agreement was reached during a meeting on Tuesday in Port Sudan between the Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Dr Mohieddin Naim Mohamed Saeed, and the Director General of Sudan Customs, Major General Salah Ahmed Ibrahim.
The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between the ministry and the customs authority. Both parties agreed to work collaboratively to facilitate joint operations.
