Singapore – Sudanhorizon

The Singapore based Briefcase Public Relations has conducted an analysis of the economic situation and growth in Sudan based on data published by the World Bank, revealing that the services sector will be the fastest growing sector in Sudan in 2026.

The Singapore-based firm indicated that, according to its analysis of this data, the services sector is expected to record the fastest annual growth in 2026 at 12.4%. The agricultural sector will follow in second place at 8.5%, and then the industrial sector at 7.5%. Accordingly, Sudan’s real GDP growth is projected to reach 9.3% in 2026.

A press release based on an analysis by a data analysis firm stated that the World Bank Group’s latest economic outlook for Sudan concluded that the three fastest-growing sectors in Sudan, based on their projected percentage annual change in 2026, are as indicated. These figures and percentages point to a broad-based recovery across Sudan’s productive sectors in 2026, with the services sector expected to lead this recovery. Sudan’s real GDP is projected to grow by 9.3%, exceeding the growth projections for the agriculture and industry sectors, but remaining below the services sector’s projected growth of 12.4%.

A spokesperson for Briefcase PR said what stands out in Sudan’s 2026 outlook is that the services sector is expected to grow at a faster pace than any other major sector of the economy. This indicates momentum in consumer and commercial activity, while the parallel strong gains in agriculture and industry suggest that the recovery is becoming more inclusive.”
