Minister of State at the Ministry of Finance, Counselor Mohamed Nour Abdel Daim, headed Sudan’s delegation participating in the meetings of the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) in Addis Ababa from February 11 to 15, 2026.
The participation came at the invitation of the President of the African Development Bank to engage Ministers of Finance and Health in events held on the sidelines of the 39th African Union Summit under the theme: “Reforming the Health Sector Towards Digitalization, Local Manufacturing, and Sustainable Supply Chains.”
The Sudanese delegation included the Director General of International Health at the Federal Ministry of Health, Dr. Alaa Al-Tayeb Madathir, and the African Development Bank Desk Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Kual War Majok.
